Comments:
I'm not sure if I should be doing 1 or 2 minnute hills so I did the 2 minnuts ones. You need a huge hill to do 2 minnute ones let alone 3. The biggest one in my town doesn't even get me to 2 minutes. I just push hard and crest the hill. Its not more then fifteen to 30 seconds of flat running though. THe poopy part of these hills is that I must have eaten lunch too close to running. The poop started before I even began the repeats and continued throught. After 5 it got really bad so I stopped there:( Felt good for the workout though. Tried to think of climbing stairs and working hard on the uphill segements.
