Comments:
Did an easy run to streach things out before the tempo tomorrow. Felt good did the 5 mile course along the new trail again. This is becoming one of my vavorite places to run now. I love the trail through the woods. Felt good. Hip gave me a little grief but not much.

Fitness center closed at 5 so no lifting. I'll make up the lifting and the extras from Sunday tomorrow.
