Woke up super duper tight and I looked at my logs to figure out exactly why that might be the case. I compared this past 2 weeks to my first 2 weeks of training in Summer 2019, and I found that my mileage is considerably higher plus I started earlier with less break. But all the running that I've done so far has been in accordance with Tom's recommendation, so I just need to back off a bit.
That being said, I thought today would a great day for an easy 2. Went down Chesapeake and took a right on Western, turning around after exactly 1 mile. Stretched for a minute for each stretch afterward. Strength today was Single-leg bridges, Clams, and Glute bridges
