Weather: 75 very nice low humidiy

Comments:
We did the Cades Cove run this morning, what a beautiful run. kept a good solid pace throughout, particularly the first 6 miles under 7:30 pace. the last 5 miles toughen up with more rolling hills. 5 of the girls ran the 11 mile loop. good training run.
