Gimpl Hill grind!

Worked on various things and errands in the afternoon, then finally got out for a ride by nearly 6pm.

I usually listen to podcasts while solo riding (Tim Ferriss, Joe Rogan). Today, I decided to expand my "90s-00s mix" (adding some more PJ, STP, RHCP, RATM). I had a feeling I'd bike a fast one.

Good ride today. The pelvic work I did really helped.

There's still some slack in this system (not a full-out grind), but...it's going to take holistic fitness gains if I ever wanted to get under 60! Those last few minutes will be tough to trim off!
