Comments:
Another grind day, another decent run for some fresh air. Taking a while to adjust back to the hermit life down here. Its tough, but its has always been and I need to work on managing it. Felt good on my run, went down to Broadway then wound around back to Locust. Good reps on the hills, felt strong. Calves are feeling much much better now.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch but I was also drenched in sweat when I got back so I didnt dally around much. ITs a little tight, probably gonna have to roll out a little bit later to keep them fresh.
