Comments:
Can't believe it's been over 2 months since I last did this classic jaunt! Glad to report that I managed to bounce back quickly from my trip. Stretched well afterward. Strength was Glute bridges, Single-leg bridges, calf raises, clams, and heel-toe walks.
Really savored my last form of exercise in DC for a while. There is something special about this city in the summer. Tomorrow will be an easy 20 minutes but without the heat and humidity.
