Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Waited till evening to run. A little close to dinner, had some stomach cramping. Heels were sore after yesterday, so I was a little nervous about heading out, but ended up being fine. It was a pleasant evening Ill give you that. Took my time strolling around, added on up around the hill too to make it 3. Not feeling the pep in my step as I was last month. Still got to build back up to it. Looking back on it Im glad I invested to get into that good shape. Feels good.
Essentials: Stretch
A little sweaty so I didnt dally around. Stretched out a little bit, need to roll some more and keep an eye on my Achilles a bit. Back up to a solid week of running but still need some more mileage.
