Comments:
Got out earlier today after trying out camps tapes for “more five day abs.” It rivals The Godfather part II as the best sequel of all time. Anyway, headed up north on 25C, turning around at what I thought would be 2500m. I had GPS but my watch was still bugging out so I think mileage was a bit longer. Stretched well afterward. Strength was squats, calf raises, clams, super people, and heel-toe walks. We’ll see what tomorrow brings (I’m thinking like 4 ish but I don’t quite know how my body will react).
