Comments:
Longest I've run since May 9. Did a loop in the woods before heading North on 25C for a while, then turning around and heading south past camp, turning around at Moonshine. Strength was Snap-ups, Fire Hydrants, Glute Bridges, Single-leg Bridges, and Heel-toe walks. First time I had touched weights in months.
