Comments:
Glad I got out today. Was crunching along but without a run is it worth it? Went up and down. Not a lot of folks out. It was kinda hot. Kept my pace strong, legs felt much better than Monday.
Essentials: Stretch
Ok stretch outside. I was drenched in sweat when I returned. Still a little sore around, need to roll it up now to stay fresh. Next few days are gonna be hot, so Ill need to prepare for that as well.
