Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Wanted to go up to campus to run today but didnt want to deal with traffic, so I ran up there and continued along to Kline. Felt ok going up. Coming down came back down Cayuga and hit a wall. It was pretty hot today and that last mile was tough. Hit most of the stop lights too. Was a nice rest but also broke up the groove.
Essentials: Stretch
Barely stretched outside since I was drenched in sweat. Legs feel fine though. Its the hot part of the summer now, time to get the miles in the hard way.
