Reverse Giles Footbridge

Comments:
Man if was hot out today but I had to go. Went kayaking in the morning, just getting out on the water was so refreshing. Had time to chill before running but still had a bit of stomach cramps here and there but knew I couldnt make it that far. Ran down to Cascadilla first then went over to Seneca and Ran straight up. That was tough glad I didnt go all the way up. Cut over to footbridge then came back down Albany. Not a whole lot there but its fine. I was getting kinda bored running downtown anyways try to trek up to campus or find a cooler time to run.

Essentials: Stretch

Went straight out into the backyard. Mostly rehydrating only had to stretch a little bit. It was fine, legs feel good since I didnt pound them that much today. Not too sore from yesterday either.
