Comments:
Scorcher but its much nicer up on the hill. I really had to get up there today. Ran down through campus, around Beebe Lake, then cut up into Plantations and did a Salad bowl. Coming back through the vet school was tough, thats where the sun was beating down the most. Pace was good today. Thankful that I could get out and rewind a bit. Lots to think about these days...
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch at the track when I returned. I was absolutely drenched though and it took a while to cool off, even on the drive home.
