Comments:
woke up and went out about 20 min. later to run. was only planning on doing 4 because i want to do a fartlek later tonight, but i started to get overheated and lightheaded about a mile into the run. probably because it was just hot and i was directly in the sun. either way i figured if i want to do the workout tonight it'd be better to just pack it in go drink a lot and maybe take a nap or something.
