Alton Baker + Hayward

Weather: 85F, but dry

Comments:
Good run today. Had a nice, short day at work and went on Behrs' last run in town. Slogged over to Alton Baker and got on the trails at the west end. Kept it really easy: I bet we were just scarcely under 8:00, but I didn't mind -- I was just glad my knee didn't hurt. Did the entire loop. I wanted to add on Hendricks but K's ITB was hurting so we ran straight back. Found this massive patch of marionberry bushes along the railroad tracks. They're finally coming into season! Ate about 30 and kept running.

Stopped to pee at the apt and then ran solo to Hayward for drills and circuits. Picked it up slightly but I bet I was maybe 7:15 pace.

Didn't care though: ran 12 miles today pain-free! Jeepers!

Keith packed up 95% of all his shit and we went to Eugene City Brewery for one last one. We found out Saturday they're a Rogue Brewery branch, so I was able to get a Shakespeare Stout. That beer is incredible!
