Comments:
Wow it was sooo freaking hot today. Stayed inside to hide most of the day. Pushed run a little late, went right after I found out about UBC and digested the information a little bit. Wow... I was racking over that a lot the past few days. Gave me a boost on the run, I just went out and was in the zone unwinding completely. It was a good effort too I had no reason to slow down was just in the zone the whole way. Got back and was starting to feel the heat though.
Essentials: Stretch
Ok stretch outside but most importantly I was getting my Nuun on and rehydrating. Ughh the heat this week is brutal. Legs feeling good after taking yesterday off.
