Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went up to run today. It was still pretty hot out so I wanted some breeze. Started out at the track, ran along the Arts Quad then around Thurston to A lot and back by Beebe lake. I happened to run into Sam P. on his bike and we stopped to chat for a little bit. Nice to catch up, lost my grind though. Foot felt much better today and I wasnt sore from camping anymore either.
Essentials: Stretch
Not a great stretch when I got back to the track. I was sweaty and wanted to get home becuase I had been out for a while. Might need to roll and work through it a little bit more if I get really sore.
