Comments:
I got outside today, it was a little hot still. Feeling anxious about contract timing and such, I just want it to work out and still feel my sore throat. Run was a nice break for me then. I started out looking for the water main break, couldnt find it so I kept going up on the loop. Felt pretty good until the way back when I started to slow down and hit all of the stoplights... That really broke up my groove. Longer mileage than past few days so thats nice. The heat is getting to me though.

Essentials: Stretch

OK stretch, mostly trying to rehydrate. I dont know why Im so tired right now I hope its a phase, otherwise I am never going back to Pennsylvania again.
