Comments:
Near-perfect conditions this morning. Enjoyed greatly the scenery as I went past Freddie's Pond Bridge. Turned around after 17 and extended a bit at camp to round off time. Stretched well. Strength today was Heel-toe walks, Clams, Glute bridges, and superpeople. Now working my way up in mileage. Tomorrow will be shorter as I have a as well.
