Comments:
Hot out but much nicer at campus. Just got into the groove you know went out on Triphammer and came back through north campus. Pushed myself through the hot sections. Been thinking alot about future plans on my runs, wondering whats happening and whats gonna happen. No way to know jut got to keep putting one foot in front of the other.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch when I got back and good rehydration. Thought I went a little further but I guess not. Looking to up the mileage now if the weather allows. I have been coasting past few weeks feel ready to get back into long run form.
