Comments:
Kinda sluggish with work today. Its hot and muggy out for sure. Ran up to the path and back and got doused in sweat. Its a good place to go up there and unwind and think about everything. Im just trying to maneuver and make my moves. Coming back down was a little slow today.

Essentials: Stretch

Ok stretch and rehydrate when I finished up. Looking for consistent mileage now thats most important and a way for me to stay level.
