Comments:
Met up with Jeff Elias at the firehouse and ran with him on MacArthur and the canal. Really great to catch up with him and talk all things life, politics, running, and more. Extended another four miles or so on my own via Cromwell to Dorset, CCT and home on MacArthur. Felt pretty nice going outside after the past two days, but was properly drenched after because it's still so humid.
