I have not done a longer continuous run in 80 days. I got up at 5:30 to facilitate a proper breakfast and shower and everything else I need to do before the staff meeting at 8:30. Originally turned around at 20 minutes on Cape Moonshine, then realized I could splurge with running length as I had more than enough time. Went to the top of Greenhouse hill, turned around and had to extend a bit when I got back to camp. Stretched thoroughly. Strength was Heel-toe Walks, calf raises, Russian twists, and superpeople.
