Comments:
Went up to campus. Not feeling very motivated intellectually today, just trying to push things along. The run was nice but it was just so dang hot and humid out, even up in the Plantations. I felt slow and sluggish treking through. Got in what mileage I could before cutting back down Tower Rd.

Essentials: Stretch

Did a few striders to round out the mileage, then stretched. Left IT was kinda tight. Striders felt good though, surprising amount of pep in my step.
