Comments:
Just an easy run today. Waterfront trail all the way down 13A and back. Been running alot legs feel sore. And its still hot out. Just enough shakeout today. I submitted 3 papers today so my mind is naturally a bit fried.
Essentials: Stretch
Weak stretch, got a ride back so I didnt have much time. Not critical I can stretch out later and would like a long run this weekend to refresh my legs.
