Comments:
Got out early after a good night's sleep. Explored up the hilly Rodimon road and through farming paths. Super cool to go along such a pastoral route. Got in 4x100m strides. Stretched mediocrely during staff meeting. Strength was Crunch and Pushup progressions, clams and superpeople.
