Exercise Type: Run

Interval workout today. I was afraid that because my quads were fairly sore yesterday I would be unable to do the workout. It went well, though. Chris and I did a 2 mile progressive warmup, then did 12 X 400 at 75 seconds per lap, with a 75 second jog for rest. Although I worked, it wasn't all that strenuous. I mean, I could have done 15 or 16, but whatever. Just cause you can doesn't mean you should, they say. Perhaps there was too much rest between intervals. Good workout, overall. I am finishing work August 9th, which means that I won't have to wake up at 6 a.m. to run each day, then rush my ass to work. That will be a real treat!
