Comments:
Went a bit light before hike this morning. Went South past the presence of ambulances, etc. Turned onto Cape Moonshine, finding my way to THE Lake Armington, ceremoniously dipping my hand in its waters, and turning around. Went up adjacent hill a bit, turned around, ran into Mike at camp and extended a bit more. Threw in some striders at the end. Stretched well. Strength was Pushup and Crunch progressions, Heel-toe walks, and Superpeople.
