Comments:
After it rained hard and I was grinding on Zoom. Did not feel great today, not enough food or water. Cramped up on the way down but I made it. Also soaked because it was so humid.
Essentials: Stretch
Most basic boring stretch. I was trying to fend off the cramp as best as I could.
