4xMile 30-40 seconds slower than 5k with 1 min rest, 5:30, 5:30, 5:26, 5:20. Felt aerobically very easy and overall felt great. Could've done two more. Legs did get a little heavier towards the end but still stayed relaxed. HR 170-180
