Comments:
First run at home in over 6 weeks. Went down to the CCT up to Bethesda down Wisconsin to Western to River to 46th, extending a bit upon arriving home. Sretched well. Strength was hamstring kickbacks, Heel-toe walks, Clams, and Superpeople.
