Comments:
Took it easy but ended up pounding for a bit because I felt good. Tendon/knee area was pretty tight and sore at some points during this, but no pain. So I think that I'll keep managing it with a lot of icing/stretching/rolling but try to run around 70 this week if I can. Maybe I'll throw in a couple doubles too since last summer, at the end when my hip was hurting, doubles actually helped keep me loose and made me feel better.
