Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
13 miles in Brockport. Did a mile warm-up, then 11 miles at ~7:02 pace including a workout of 800-200-200-1000-800-1000-600-600-3200 and a mile cool down. The intervals were at hard pace. For some reason the file on my watch didn't record splits of Strava segments. Oh well. Really enjoyed this run. Tough at 5:30 AM!
