Comments:
Didnt feel motivated at all today to get much work done. But I got my work permit application in so that something off the check list. At least we had power. Been a slog lately. I didnt feel entirely released or relaxed on the run today but it was nice. Only started to get hot out at the end. Came back down Cascadilla and Geneva.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Good stretch and roll when I got back I would say. Legs were super sore this morning, need to keep building up that mileage and break over the hump.
