Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 80; Sunny
Comments:
Got out this morning with a plan for a tempo, though of some manageable length as I have not done any hard-effort stuff in about 3 months. Went out on Still Pond Neck for 10 minutes then began. I had a goal in mind of getting faster every 5 minutes of the 15-minute endeavor. I started light, then medium, then a crawling hard. I ended up having to cover some slope but nothing serious at all. I definitely suffered in the exposed portions but luckily did not encounter too many cars. I finished gassed, more fatigued by heat than self-imposed strain. In the end, it could have been better but also could have been much worse. Stretched eel after cooling down. Strength was Single-leg bridges, glute bridges, heel-toe walks, and super people.
