Exercise Type: Weights

Didn't sleep very well. It didn't cool off that much at Charelton - even with the van door open/screens up. Then Emily and crew were up at 0500 to launch.
I was SO itchy (sunburn) and weirdly discombobulated that I got up at 1AM to take a benadryl. That made the AM wake-up TOUGH. I didn't get up when CA did, and thus missed Emily's launch.
SKEETERZ were brutal in the AM, so once she left (around 6AM), we just took off toward Eugene.
Made it down the road to Bobby Lake when, amazingly, I realized I:
A. Didn't know the wherabouts of my phone, and
B. Was (amazingly) pretty certain I'd left it, lakeside, at Charelton!
U-turned and drove back, then walked (AGAIN) to the lake. Amazingly, there it was, on a stump!
Drove back.
SLEEPY drive back. Got home around 8ish and made breakfast, then...went back to bed! But...I didn't sleep well at all. Sucked.
I worked at 1pm...and - in combination with a broken AC unit and open windows - I was sweating buckets! I was legitimately scared I had "the 'Rona" or something...but I think maybe our chicken last night was bad? Deuced several times in the AM.
Then...once "the sweats" wore off, I felt fine.
Rest of the day:
* home to work
* NO bike ride
* did a ton more neck and nerve work
* got in a decent lift (but cut it short when CA had a weird pain flare in her hip)
