Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Drove out to Derwood for a change of scenery. Wanted to also run somewhere where I don't have to dodge people all the time. Ran the course once and then explored. Course is in pretty good shape. Feels a lot harder when you race it. Felt pretty tired though today. Did strides at the end which did feel pretty good though, and my hamstring was feeling pretty decent. Have some shin soreness that I'll need to get on top of now.
