Comments:
I got back to it today, running helps me reset for sure. Still feeling anxious and scared since my bike got stolen last night. Tried to take it in stride today. Went up to campus and just got back to the basics, did a nice loop around the Plantations then came back through the wildflower garden and down Tower Rd. The gate to the track was actually open and I snuck on to do some striders. They felt great, really great. I havent opened up like that in a while, so felt surprised at how strong and fast it was.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch and rehydration when I returned. It was nice down at the lake today but I felt like I couldnt quite enjoy it, so sitting up at the lot was much nicer for me. Lets get through this people. We can always get to the streets and log a run.
