Comments:
Felt just fine but some of the trail portions were quite a bit slippery and I almost ate it a few times. Extended a bit when I got home to get mileage up for the day. Stretched well afterward. Strength was single-leg bridges, glute bridges, Heel-toe walks, and superpeople.
