Got up to campus this afternoon. I felt so freaking lazy today, just lounge and watch TV. WTF is gonna happen for the next few months now? I need to be prepared and run when I can. Started out through campus, which is noticeably more busy. There are signs up also warning to social distance. Went out well, slowed down a bit coming back. Just the way it goes. Finished up over the bridge at Beebe lake, so a little shorter than coming back down by Robert Purcell.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched a little at the track. Knees are tight, and so is my quad. Might have slowed me down a bit today in fact.
