Great run, my Achilles is feeling much better. still some ankle pain, and shin splints on my left leg but all in all the best I have felt for a couple of weeks. I still feel horribly out of shape which sucks since I have been running an ok amount this month. Just makes me excited and motivated to get back into shape for some spring races, and for the end of January indoor racing stuff. I had an awesome christmas and have been blessed to be able to coach all of you...especially the ones who are still dedicated enough to be running this time of the year.
