Hills at Fort Reno

Comments:
Jogged up to Reno via Fessenden to get started with the workout of 8xfull hill with an extended cool down after 4. Did striders and leg swings before getting down to business. I felt great for the first 2 and marginally worse for 3 and 4, the cool-down not feeling excessive. The last 4 really kicked my butt aerobically and I played it safe in not giving gifts. Average time per hill was 28-29 secondsThis is going along with my theme for this summer's training: always leave gas in the tank for the next run. My cool-down was extended to get my mileage up. I went down to Wisconsin via Belt and Harrison to Willard to River to Baltimore to Mass to 46th and back home. Stretched well afterward. Strength was Planks, Pleg lifts, Heel-toe walks, and Superpeople.
