got to san antonio after 12 hours in ohare. im going to do 3 workouts this week to make up for missing yesterdays. hills tomorrow. its really hilly here...so thats new.
4 outside with jack, felt good, probably 7 pace or just under.
3 inside on a treadmill at 6:50 pace.
abs and pushups and half-ass lifting.
