Then I was planning to do 3/4 of normal full hill to still just get into it and used to it, and run solely based off of feel. Never looked at my watch and never pushed like crazy, just got some turnover going and worked on making my way up. I had no specific number of hills I was planning to do, if I was dead after 4 I would have been content but I wasn't going to allow myself to do more than 12 just to save myself some energy.
Around 5 I started to get tired quicker, coming down the hill after 6 I still felt good but didn't have much left so I decided if I felt good I would go up and run the normal length of the hill. Halfway up I figured I was just going to turn around at the 3/4, then I just blew past it with a second wind. Did one more and figured that was enough for today, had more in me but had a 5 mile cool down to do. I think it was roughly 240m for the first 6 (give or take 10m) and about 280m for the full hill. I care about the distance but it doesn't have to be perfectly accurate, moreso concerned for calculating overall mileage.

Wanted to run the last 5 better than last time I did the workout, and I did. Had some pep in my step and moved pretty well for a cool down and after doing 7.5 miles already, 2.5 on hills.
