Comments:
Weather was perfect today! I can tell what time of year it is especially in Ithaca. Ran up along Stewart then back along Cayuga. I felt ok today, pushing as much as I could, never really got down at the end. We hiked this morning, which was also really nice weather and I wasnt too sore from that.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
I have my foam roller now so I was able to stretch and roll out. Good for the ITs for sure. Mileage was shit this week but it was also a weird week. Lets get back to the grind and settle in for some work on the streets.
