Comments:
Kinda muggy out but still a great loop and great company; hilly in parts but beautiful. Stretched decently afterward. Strength on my own was Hamstring kickbacks, squats, Russian twists, and Superpeople. Got up to some core with fellow frosh goats after the run, directed by Luke.
