Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Started off decently quick then when I split from Vaughn I started flying for some reason. Then finally I stopped my watch and calmed the pace down. Felt good for once which is a welcome surprise. Will take it easy tomorrow because the last 2 days have been semi difficult and I am running some races this weekend. Now I am going to cook myself some dinner.
