Comments:
Again, didnt feel productive today. Didnt want to run, got out there and glad I did. I was rippin today went over the new bridge at Taber St. Its a nice way to get over to the waterfront trail. Went over to Dey St then came back Cayuga. Hit lots of stop lights but thats fine because I wasnt looking to push it there at the end.

Ok stretch I had to clean up quick since I got out late. Need to roll soon too! Not that tight recently but also not feeling that springy.
