Comments:
Got out on an eerily similar loop to yesterday. Felt decent. Hit some striders at the end. Stretched WELL afterward. Strength on my own was Heel-toe walks, calf raises, glute bridges, and superpeople. Did some planks and such with fellow frosh after the run.
